Q – How do I order your products?
A – We use a fully secure, on-line ordering system through which you can pay using
your credit card or by cheque (Australian customers only) or internet banking transfer.
Just click on the 'Buy Now' shopping cart button on each product's description to
complete your order – postage costs will be advised prior to processing payment.
Q – Can I Lay-By your products?
A – Yes, we do accept Lay-Bys on orders over $100.00 – please see our Lay-By Conditions page.
Q – How is my order shipped?
A – We use Australia Post for all our shipping. Registered mail is recommended,
particularly for more expensive items but this is the customer's choice. The postage
costs will be advised prior to shipment.
Q – Are all products immediately available?
A – In most cases yes. With regard to our jewellery pieces, we usually only have
one or two of each style and as soon as they are sold we will remove them from our
website to avoid disappointment. Most of our gift lines can be re-ordered if they
happen to be out of stock although we cannot guarantee that we can get 'specials' for
the same price. Any problems of this nature would be fully discussed with the customer
prior to processing any payments or shipping.
Q – What guarantees do you offer?
A – We offer a full, money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your
purchase subject to conditions as listed on our website (less postage costs both
ways).
Q – Can I contact you direct to discuss my proposed purchase?
A – Absolutely! We are more than happy to answer any questions during normal
business hours by telephone, or at any time via email.
Q – How will I know when my purchase has been sent?
A – We will advise by email when your payment has been processed and your item has
been despatched so that you know exactly what is happening with your order. |
